Summary: Peaceful and comfortable property within easy walking distance of the centre of Montrichard. Perfect location for exploring the Cher (and Loire) valleys. For example, we hired bikes from Montrichard to cycle to Chenonceau, about 30 minutes away. There is a small Carrefour Express in the centre of Montrichard and two larger supermarkets within about a 5-minute drive.The host, who lives next door, was kind and helpful and the house with its old-fashioned charm had plenty of space and everything we wanted.
