Positive: The Chateau was lovely but it was lacking style. And customer experience.

Negative: My bed was very hard and the bedding was poor quality as were the towels. The bedroom furniture was random not eclectic. We were in the end dining room it has no atmosphere.

Summary: Disappointing.
