Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location, quiet side street, but very closed to the tram stop with direct connection to the airport and the city center. 10 mins walk to the sea and to central railway station. The flat and the garden are cosy. Beds were also ok.

Negative: We had to pay a deposit, which was not announced when we booked, but we got it back at the end without problem. There are mosquitos in the garden, in the evening the green area is not usable and the windows must be closed. Some edges were a bit dusty (cobwebs), but alltogether the flat was clean. The takeover at the arrival was personal and quick (we came punctually at the planned time).
