The holiday home, situated in a quiet location and surrounded by a beautiful garden full of fruit trees, offers a breathtaking view of the Versilia coastline. The sea and the beaches of Versilia are only 6.5 km away. Built according to typical country architecture, the beams of the roof and the terracotta floor tiles are still visible. The entrance, once via a staircase at the front, is now at the back of the house and leads to the large kitchen with decorative fireplace (oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine).
