Country house "Ortensia Biancospino": this is a typical Tuscan farmhouse from the beginning of the 20th century. Built in stone in the 19th century. The holiday home is a two-family house divided into two units: "Ortensia" and "Biancospino" completely independent, each with its own garden and the entrance on opposite sides of the house. There are no common spaces. Completely renovated in 2014 with modern techniques and materials. Special care has been taken into the furnishings to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On a hill overlooking the sea of Forte dei Marmi, (just 7 km from the country house), the house is located in a very silent and peaceful area, immersed in the greenery and tranquility of a typical Tuscan landscape. Surrounded by a centenary olive grove and a small stream, the house offers a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The Ortensia holiday home is reached in a few simple steps. Access to the holiday home is only via an old simple staircase of 43 meters (1 minute). It's an old mule trail. The distance from the street is only 43 meters. The house is equipped with an elevator for luggage. Just a few steps lead you to a romantic paradise. Pets and children are welcome. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors. THE GROUND FLOOR includes a large living room with fireplace, TV sat 42" flat screen, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.
