Located on a hill, in front of Todi, which is only 3km away, it has a magnificent swimming pool with a splendid view, and is surrounded by a green and well-kept countryside crossed by the "Landscape itineraries". The apartment is a successful combination of modernity with ancient elements: the large beams harmonize with the elegant gray slab floor; modernity approaches the severe stones of the bastion of the medieval tower, which faces obliquely into the back wall of the living room.
