Positive: Very clean and comfortable, with easy access to the beach.

Negative: Lockbox instructions could have been more clear. Instructions described a primary and secondary box. Had to call and found out that you only need to use the key pad and had to turn the deadbolt a certain way.

Summary: Modern, cozy and close to the beach.
