Positive: Pleasant and helpful staff, well-equipped room, big car park, good location near the motorway, helpful information abut local restaurants and the receptionist went the extra mile to provide information about the Abbey of Citeaux.

Negative: Gaps around an electrical plug, extractor fan taped over i.e. more worked need on small maintenance items.
