Immerse yourself in the beautiful hilly area of Versilia, “LA CASA ROSA” it will give you the opportunity to spend your holiday in perfect Tuscan style. The villa, located just two minutes from the Massarosa motorway exit, boasts an excellent strategic position to reach both seaside resorts such as Viareggio (10 minutes by car), Forte dei Marmi (20 minutes), Livorno (40 minutes), and some of the most important Tuscan cities such as Lucca (15 minutes), Pisa (30 minutes), Florence, Pistoia but also the most famous Chianti resorts.
Space
The large outdoor space on the ground floor, completely fenced, is equipped with a private swimming pool (6x4m), reachable from the external staircase, with deckchairs by the pool, gazebo, sitting room, outdoor shower adjacent to the pool, offers moments of relax and a direct view to the olive grove.
Large and bright, the first floor of the house, includes a double bedroom with terrace and private bathroom, equipped with bathtub and view of the pool. The kitchen, typical of rustic Tuscan farmhouses, is equipped with a large pantry, appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, moka, mixer) and a dining table.
Upstairs there is another room with two beds, one of which is single and the other from one square and a half, also there is a bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa, smart TV and alexa connected to the light system. The house is also equipped with free wi-fi and air conditioning.
Sheets and towels are provided and included in the price, there is also a weekly change of linen for long stays. Possibility to take advantage of additional weekly cleaning for long stays, at an additional cost (ask for information on your arrival). At the end of the stay the cost for final cleaning and sanitations is euro 30.
Near the entrance of the house there is a large table with chairs and barbecue, a very comfortable wood-burning oven for lunch or dinner.
On the ground floor there is also another separate and independent housing unit where the owners themselves stay, who will therefore be close to be able to help you and give advice for an optimal stay.

Guests will sometimes be provided with typical products (oil, wine), vegetables and zero kilometer fruit to enjoy even the culinary pleasures.
