Positive: The location, is near the station

Negative: The facilities, the toilet door needs lock, there’s mould on the wall in the shower room, needs kitchen utilities such as pots, serving spoon, bowls, dusty pan and brush, the house needs a bit of decoration such as paint. The grill doesn’t work properly, balcony needs to be clean and needs chairs so people can enjoy the sun, the table in the kitchen needs proper chairs.

Summary: Nice location, lovely area. With more improvements I would definitely return.
