The rental rates have been discounted because upon arrival, you’ll notice that the exterior of the home has a shabby-chic appearance, lol, we love calling it that. This is because the siding was blown off, and our insurance company has instructed us not to repair or remove the fallen siding, which is currently stacked on the left side of the property, until they grant permission. Unfortunately, the insurance claim is still pending, and we are required to comply with the insurance company's instructions.
Please don’t be alarmed by the exterior! The interior of the home is absolutely gorgeous and in perfect condition. We truly apologize for any initial concern this may cause and thanks a lot for your understanding.

Summary: Parking permits were out of date, we were worried about getting towed or a ticket. The appearance of the yard wasn't very appealing. There was sheets and towels left in the dryer. It was very clean otherwise.
