NEWLY RENOVATED. This Frisco home is great for friends and family get togethers! Beautiful swimming pool ($90/day to heat) hot tub (free to heat), outdoor dining. Four beds sleeps 8. Television in all bedrooms. All the modern amenities such as cable TV, high speed WiFi. Located close to the unique downtown Frisco area, Frisco Rail Yard and a close drive to the North Dallas Tollway. Very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. There is a Walmart SuperCenter less than a mile. Short drive to Toyota Stadium. Frisco Commons Park a block away. NO Parties. Propane and charcoal grills available as a courtesy. Propane provided but charcoal and other supplies must be obtained yourself. You may have to clean the grills before use.

Summary: Perfect place for my 4 kids and to stay while we were in town for a Copa America soccer game. Close to everything, pool and spa were amazing, owner was very responsive to inquiries, and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood.
