Positive: Great proximity to everything we needed. Basically 5min/$10 Uber to everything. The house was very well appointed with appliances and dishware etc.. nice patio as well

Negative: Seemed a like a not great neighborhood but could be mistaken. Hard to regulate temperature inside. Very hot upstairs but could open a window.

Summary: Close to everything important with nice appliances.
