Beside the pool, you will find a shaded area with table and barbecue for outdoor meals. The house boasts a large panoramic portico, furnished with a table and chairs, accessible from the living room. The structure has been carefully restored whilst maintaining traditional aspects, like wood beams on the ceilings and typical Tuscan cotto flooring. The furniture is in a rustic style. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with antique stone sink and a living area with a sofa, a splendid ornamental fireplace, a satellite TV with DVD player. Also on the ground floor, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
