Positive: Easy check in, friendly host. Host did the check remote, via phone instructions. The accommodation is a flat in a newly built, modern residential building. Consisting of 2? rooms and 2 bathrooms and a shared area/kitchen. The flat, rooms, bathroom are modern and clean. Tee and coffee are included in the shared area. There is a small breakfast (packaged croissants and some juices) already in the room. Great price/value.

Negative: No dedicated parking. But there is a free parking close by. The bathroom is accessible by going outside of the room, through the shared area. Not pleasant when other guests are present or other room is occupied. Also, the room doors are not perfectly acoustically sealed, you can hear other guests showering from your bed. It doesn't feel private.

Summary: Great value, modern. Parking available close by. Shared flat with private but external bathroom.
