Chatham Park in Kissimmee is the popular community that plays host to this extremely spacious three bedroom two bathroom private pool home. The home is situated a good distance from the back of the large Wal-Mart on 192, obviously great for grocery shopping and ideal for visiting the super fun Medieval Times which just neighbors the superstore.
Jump on highway 192 and take the exit for the Walt Disney World® Resort which is just 15 minutes away and begin your stay in magical Orlando!
This home has internet access a security alarm, with two living and dining areas including a very spacious family room and flat screen tv's.
The kitchen area has been recently renovated with upgraded appliances and countertops. The private pool area is at the back of the house and has an attached lanai to escape the sun on hot sunny days.
Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
