Summary: cockroaches everywhere. Insufficient utensils (not even scissors) no where to hang anything at a resort (ie dry your swim towels and bathing suits) not enough chairs outside. Most places had 4 chairs and 1-2 loungers. This place had two Adirondack chairs so could not eat outside to eat. And not enough chairs for our family of four. Three swim towels but we were four guests. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Insufficient garbage bags. No pepper no sugar. No explanation of the resort rules and amenities or hours. Had to find that out for ourselves. Kids rooms beds full of crumbs. Had to remake the beds myself for them upon arrival. No water pressure in main bathroom. Everyone has to shower in the main floor dim extra bathroom. The resort itself had lots of amenities and fun things to do and staff very helpful.
