Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the apartment on the ground floor. The backyard was perfect for our dog. Then apartment is close to everything you need: the ocean, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and sightseeing! There is plenty to explore after just a short drive: Shopping Malls, beaches, Nice, Monaco, Cannes...the list is endless. We had plenty of towels, everything to make our own meals, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, dish soap, washing machine, TV, terrace with table and chairs, water and food bowls for the dog...the owner thought of everything. We had no issues and therefore didn't contact the owner during our stay. But we exchanged texts before check-in and checkout and she was really nice and helpful. Her English is really good, too. As non French speakers we had no issues communication with her.
