2 Bedroom Apartment in Le Piol, Nice
## Space
The apartment is on the 1st floor of the « Villa St Etienne » which is a typical Nicoise house from 1927. We fully renovated this 55m2 (595 square foot) apartment in 2016: bathroom, kitchen, floors, painting, windows, etc… It is like brand new!
For your convenience, we have a secure underground garage box (3m width * 5m length *190cm height) with electric door & remote control only a few steps from the apartment (1 or 2 min)
The flat has 2 bedrooms – the master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160cm), a large wardrobe with mirror and a dresser. The second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (90cm * 200cm) and a children wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room can welcome two additional people.
We equipped the kitchen so you can cook great dishes like at home. You will enjoy: oven, micro-wave, 4 induction fire, fridge & freezer 150cm. You will find a wide choice of pans, bols, kitchen dishes as well as a kettle and toaster. I hate missing items in the kitchen so added small things that can make the difference: oyster knife, ice tray, cooler for the wine and even a Swiss knife.
You will enjoy great evenings while watching movies on the LG 80cm Smart TV. More than 180 channels in several languages are available. The apartment is equipped with the 5G which makes the WIFI very strong.
The bathroom is not huge but has day light and you will find lots of drawers as well as a hair dryer.
For your convenience, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and iron board.
## Access
You will have access to the entire apartment, except the wardrobe which is in front of the main door. (outside the apartment). Please, make yourself at home.
## Interaction
I live in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Time zone 3-4 hours ahead of France) but do not worry about it as I have Enjoy-And-Stay agnecy who will be present from your arrival until your departure to ensure your stay will be enjoyable. You can also reach me anytime on my mobile. Do not worry about the roaming, we can call each other on various messaging systems.
## Neighborhood
Parc Imperial – Le Piol is a residential area very nice to live in. Just next to the apartment, you will find the square Daudet with a children playground. The swimming pool Fernand Anelli is 2 minutes walking distance as well as the Tennis Club The Lawn which is one of the most famous tennis club in France. You will find a wide range of shops as well as restaurants around the apartment.
I personally love the "Grec Imperial" restaurant - a very small but delicious Greek restaurant, 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You have to try their Moussaka !!
The Orthodox Church just reopened after a large renovation. It is most important edifice of its kind outside Russia and really deserves to be visited.
I love to go to the market liberation which is only 10 minutes walking distance. It is open every day, except monday. You will find there farm products including fruits and vegetables, fish, cheese, etc... Everything you need to make a gourmet dinner.
Over there, the city just renovated an old train station and created a food court with more than 30 restaurants. "La Gare du Sud" is now the trend place to dine.

## Transit
From the airport take the tramway 2 and exit at “Alsace / Lorraine”. From there take the bus 11 and exit at “Square Daudet” – you will be 2 min walk from the apartment.
Parking in the street will begin to be payable from the first semester 2021 in all streets of the area – but do not worry we have a garage box with all the necessary comfort.
There are direct buses (11 & 70) that will bring you directly to the train station, airport or city centre.
