The mill is surrounded by a large forest crossed by a stream where you can hear the pleasant sound. The pool at the back of the building with water jet is for exclusive use. At guests' disposal there is also a stone barbecue and a furnished veranda. From Marliana you can easily reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Versilia. The mill can be reached by a small bridge that will make your arrival even more suggestive. The last 600 m of the access road are not asphalted, go uphill and are not suitable for low lying cars or sports cars.
