You will stay in our beautiful flat, typically Lyonnais. It has been designed and decorated by an architect. It has been designed to provide you with all the necessary comfort during your stay.

The flat is located a few minutes from Saxe Gambetta and Guillotière to access the Presqu'ile in a few minutes by transport or on foot. It is on the first floor without a lift.
Every detail counts, soundproofing, luxury bedding, linen and towels, hair dryer etc. Enjoy!

This fully equipped flat can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and a double sofa bed (in the living room).

You will have full use of the flat and will be free to use all facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and much more.
The flat is all for you! The flat is very well insulated for your comfort.

The cleaning fee includes cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.
You will be asked to show the corresponding personal identification for your booking when you receive the keys.
I will welcome you on the day of your arrival. Please tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20 €
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure time limit.
