A beautiful and comfortable detached house with a stunning view of the plain of the Massaciuccoli lake of Massaciuccoli (the lake of Giacomo Puccini) up to the coast of Viareggio, which is only 9 km away.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and olive trees.
In the garden there is a small swimming pool (4x3, above-ground pool), a barbecue area, as well as a table, deck chairs and a small stream.
Nice furnished veranda, small terrace with a view of the sea, and, on the back and side of the house, a small terrace in the shade, under an olive tree. Everything that is ideal to spend a comfortable and pleasant vacation. Entrance to the living room with a sofa, access to the kitchen / dining room (air conditioning), and on to the double bedroom (air conditioning) with en -Suite bathroom with shower. Wi.Fi.
The nearest shops and restaurants are only 2 km away. The beaches of Viareggio are about 9 km, Forte dei Marmi (the pearl of Versilia) is 15 km, Pietrasanta (art center) 10 km. The art cities of Tuscany are easily accessible. Lucca is only 25 km away, Pisa 27 k, and Florence 95 km. Access through 300 meters of gravel road, flat but not well maintained.

Summary: This little holiday house is well placed for access to all the beaches along the Tuscan seaside, as well as the cities of Lucca and Pisa and even the Tuscan hill towns. A car is essential. The pool was good for cooling down in after a hot day sight seeing, however the filter had to be changed and the water had to be cleaned every day and this was somewhat of a chore. A cover would have been useful! The garden and patios were lovely for al fresco dining and relaxing in, with plenty of seating options. The house itself was clean and comfortable for two people, with good insect screens over all the doors and windows - very important, as there were quite a lot of mosquitos around. Parking (outside the property on an unpaved road) was difficult and inconvenient and felt insecure. although the car did in fact remain safe. All in all, we very much enjoyed our holiday at La Dolce Vita. The views from the balcony are stunning and there is a lovely cool breeze that comes up the hill from the sea. There is a lot to see and do in the area, but if you just want to stay in the garden and relax there is good provision for this too. There are good restaurants nearby, good beaches and beautiful countryside - who could ask for more? La Dolce Vita indeed!
