Summary: We needed to be near ChampionsGate because of a competition at the Omni. I also had to work all week but I have 3 children and needed 2 of them to be entertained (while the other was at competition). We were looking for a house where everyone could have their own bed, there was a kitchen and a private pool that was within 15 minutes from the Omni. This house was all of those and more! The booking was very easy. Paula, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Rob, the owner, was very kind. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and towels for all 5 of us. The house was a cool temperature. The pool was nice and I loved that it backed up to a green space. We enjoyed seeing and visiting the turtle that lived in a hole in the green space. There is someone who comes to check on the pool so be aware of that. Also, there are multiple signs about times for the trash and recycle bin pick up so make sure to meet those requirements. There’s a dollar tree down the road so make sure to pick up some shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, trash bags, clothes detergent, etc. They provide the basic starter pack which is extremely helpful. This location is close to a Publix ($$$$) and Walmart is about 5 miles away. If you’re staying here to go to Disney or other parks, add time to your commute because the area around these parks is INSANE with traffic. I would definitely stay here again!
