Summary: Stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely villa, very tastefully decorated and well equipped, with a gym downstairs for guest to use, and free unlimited wifi (fast enough to keep the youtubers happy). Well situated with lovely views on the outskirts of the small quiet village of Massa Martana, perfect for exploring the local area including Todi and Marmore Falls, well worth a visit when the falls are turned on as well as near enough to Rome 1.5hrs, Assisi 45mins and Perugia 1hr. The owners lives nearby but not on site and is very friendly and helpful, recommending local restuarants and tourist attractions and dealing with any issues. We ate in the local restaurant (5 mins car drive) Il Gattopardo and shopped at the local supermarket (2 mins by car) well stocked and no need to travel further afield. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if visiting Umbria.
