A 30-minute drive from Nice airport you will find this wonderfully compact detached house with private swimming pool in a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Located at an altitude of 400 m, it offers breathtaking views over the medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup and the entire coastline from Antibes to Cap Ferrat. The large dining table under the veranda is great for relaxing in the shade on hot days. At the front there are 2 wonderful loungers with thick mattresses and also a seat where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning. Peace, crickets, lots of butterflies and beautiful Mediterranean plants and trees immediately put you in the holiday mood.
The garden also has a wonderfully attractive swimming pool that is maintained weekly during the season. The pool also has two lovely sun loungers and a parasol.
The house has its own garage for your (rental) car.
The village square is a 5 minute walk away (which is downhill). It will probably take you 10 minutes to get back up as it goes up the mountain. Around the village square there are 2 bakeries, a butcher, a delicious fresh food shop and a caterer. There is also a small supermarket (Vival). There are 22 (!) restaurants and the village is very lively (even in winter), the residents are very friendly.
The house is ideal for 2 adults. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. The house is not suitable for children and we only rent to adults who also love beautiful things and like to treat them with love. Parents with two adult children are of course also very welcome.
You can walk straight into the mountains from home and enjoy beautiful walks. Golfers can indulge themselves with many golf courses relatively close by and St Paul de Vence, Vence, Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Valbonne…. It's all close by!
