In an exceptional environment, isolated from any nuisance, come and discover our little corner of paradise: an independent stone house in a tiny hamlet of Livradois (we are the only inhabitants in the year, without any vis-à-vis on the cottage ). No other house inhabited as far as the eye can see (1-2 km around). Cottage with very neat decoration, Nattitude approved, 3 ears of corn by Gîtes de France and Coup de Coeur 2013.

Ground floor comprising living / dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (2 people), 1 shower room and 1 separate WC.

Living / dining room including a BZ bench seat (with a very good quality mattress) capable of accommodating 2 additional people. GODIN stove in cantou for your chimney fires in winter or mid-season, or even for cooking.

Fully equipped kitchen + cooking piano + dishwasher + washing machine.

Cozy room with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. King Size bed 180 x 190cm.

Shower room equipped with a large 80x120cm shower, designer taps.

Independent terrace with exceptional view. Garden furniture, barbecue, lounge.

Cottage completely renovated in 2012, using environmentally friendly materials.
