Summary: We stayed 2 nights. There were no towels in the room upon arrival. They did not clean the room the 2nd day, only dropped off 2 more towels. The bed was extra firm. About the stiffest I've ever laid in. Pillows were not standard size. They were short and fat. The bed needed an extra blanket. Thankfully, we had brought one with us. There was some hair by corner of bathtub behind the bathroom door indicating the floor was not cleaned very well. We had stayed here once before a year or two ago and were satisfied. Makes me wonder if they had a management change. We won't be staying here again.
