Positive: Clean, secure, brilliant parking, comfortable beds, very friendly welcome.

Negative: Too old and a lot of things in the bathroom and bedrooms broken, the shower is awful, a big makeover or a new maintenance guy is needed.

Summary: Comfortable but has seen better days.
