Renovated following the ancient traditions that distinguish it, The Villa has resumed its historical splendor: the walls in rough stone, the solid wood details and the climbing ivy give this building a magical touch of magic.
Inside we are not disappointed: the rooms retain the aspects of the original architecture, with old tiled floors, large wooden beams and stone walls.
The restoration has given life to comfortable and welcoming spaces. Guests can stay in thirteen cozy rooms each with private bathroom and another four shared bathrooms, for a total welcome of thirty people.
In the outdoor areas we find a large private pool, surrounded by deck chairs and relaxation areas and a lush and well-kept garden. Going down a stone staircase you reach the most panoramic point of the structure, where there is the beautiful glass SPA, with sauna and indoor pool.

The estate rises on a hill among the gentle Umbrian slopes. Surrounded by lush greenery, this old farmhouse is located in one of the most unspoiled corners of the central Italian region.
