•As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
•The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5,000 for content and dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Platinum FL will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
•Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $130 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6 every additional night.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Platinum FL Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
