Lower Floor
At The Seashore, the wow factor starts when you open the door. Open plan in design, the main living area features a cosy cream wrap around sofa and big screen TV. Both this area and the kitchen overlook the pool deck through floor to ceiling glass, sliding doors. The modern ice white kitchen comes fully equipped and has a four-seat, island-style breakfast bar. A Long Light finished ding table can seat up to eight guests on contemporary chairs, an artistic chandelier overhead. The games room is also filled with fun for hours. Ping Pong Table, Foosball table and an Air hockey table! If you don’t want to be too far from the fun, this floor also has two king sized bedrooms, one with a private ensuite with sliding doors straight to the pool! and the other will share the family bathroom.
Upper Floor
All bedrooms at The Seashore are decorated to an exceptional standard and have modern and spacious bathrooms. There are four king sized bedrooms, two of which share an ensuite and a 'Star Wars' themed bedroom with two double beds in. Not only that, the 'Star Wars' themed home theatre up here too! The huge leather reclining chairs, you will all be in your element for hours watching your favourite films in comfort.
Outside Living Area
At the rear of The Seashore it is oozing relaxation that you’ve been craving for. A private pool with a bubbling spa to also relax those muscles. With a poolside lounge and comfortable chairs, it’s a sweet spot to cool off in. There is also a al-fresco dining table and chairs resting under a patio, allowing for relaxed dining outdoors, even cook yourself a fest with the homes very own outdoor kitchen!

Encore Resort has an on-site waterpark with thrilling drops, chutes and twisting slides as well as pools and water jets.
