A modern and fully furnished three-bedroom villa (with air conditionning) is located in a residential area of the Ligurian seaside town of Rapallo. It has a beautiful sea-view and spacious garden (more than 3 000 sq.m.). The villa has its own parking space. The pool (8 x 4,5 m) with water cascades offers a beautiful view, includes lounge area and shower. The villa is a great base for exploring the close destinations such as Genoa, Cinque Terre and Portofino.

The villa is composed from 2 floors:
GROUND FLOOR (204 sq.m.): large lobby with the dining area, fireplace, sitting area with TV, professional equipped kitchen with oven, steamer, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, ice-machine, glass veranda, WC
TOP FLOOR (100 sq.m + 70 sq.m. terrace): big terrace with beautiful panoramic view, master bedroom (with king-size bed), citrus garden bedroom (with two single beds + pull-out bed for one more person) with exit to a balcony leading to the big terrace, pool view bedroom (with king size-bed and exit to the pool area). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a large detached bathroom with shower. Two other bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower. The pool and garden are both easily accessible from each bedroom.

In addition to the main area of villa, the house has two detached apartments which are not occupied. Both apartments are completely detached and have separate entrances and the guests should be aware that the main gate and entrance path are shared.

TRAIN/TAXI:
If you arrive by train to the Rapallo railway station, you can take a taxi to drive you up. The taxi stand is located right next to the station.
BUS:
Bus stop is located at about 100 m from the villa and can be used for a transport to the centre of Rapallo. Bus service is available four times a day only.
ON FOOT:
It is also possible to walk up and down the hill to central Rapallo on foot. One way up or down takes about 25 minutes.
