Summary: First of all, the host, Laurence, and the property manager, Florence, are super-helpful, contacting us about one month before our check-in to give us information about the property address and how to get there by public transportation like Metro. On the day of our check-in, Florence welcomed us at the gate of the apartment building, showed us how to use the home appliances like washing machine, dishwasher, stove, etc., and gave us the information on local restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, about two minutes’ walk to a Metro station of Line 12, which can take you to anywhere in Paris, and is located in a neighborhood favored by tourists. During our stay in the apartment, Florence always responded to our inquiries and requests in a timely manner, especially on the day of our check-out when I left my backpack in the apartment and locked its door. Florence came to rescue right away, which saved us a lot of trouble. In a word, Laurence’s and Florence’s help made our stay in the apartment enjoyable and our experience in Paris unforgettable! Thank you, Laurence and Florence, for your great help, and we truly appreciate it! Hopefully, we’ll see you when we visit Paris again. Best regards!
