In the beautiful golf domain of Saint Endreol, this charming semidetached villa offers spacious accommodations, open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, which two are en-suite and two have air-conditioning, 2 separate WC, a semi covered terrace and a compact mature sunny garden. The gated domain is set within the stunning scenery of pin forest and mountains of Provence.
From the lounge and dining room you have lovely open views of, not only the mature grounds of the domain but the hills and vine yards beyond. It is a very peaceful setting for a family or a golfing holiday. You don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy what this villa and domain has to offer. There is one double bedroom to the first floor with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC to the entrance hall. The two further bedrooms are on the lower floor both having A/C and fitted wardrobes; the twin bedroom has the en-suite bath and shower room plus French door to the garden. The second double bedroom as has French doors to the garden and is next to the shower room and separate WC.
The villa has Wi-Fi and all linen is provided.
The villa is one of 40 that wind around the small lanes within this part of the golf domain, you can be as active or not as you please, take time to swim in the large communal swimming pool of 15 x 8 meter between the months of May and October there are parasols and sun loungers supplied. Relax in the spa, play tennis or even play golf.
After all that you can take a stroll to the club house with it’s bar and open terrace, sip on a glass of rosé while enjoying the wonderful view. Dine out in the restaurant one evening knowing you are only a short walk from the villa.
