House is fully equipped with WiFi and electronic entry for Self Check-in.
Accommodations
House has been thoughtfully updated with a charming, modern kitchen and appliances, fully stocked with dishes, pans and all the cooking accessories you may need. The living room has a 50" smart TV, loaded with Netflix, Prime and YouTube TV for sign-in with your own account (no cable TV). The screened-in front porch has a dining table and seating for 6, which overlooks the beautiful natural Florida landscaped front yard and gold fish pond. The Laundry Room is located on the ground floor, with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms are each equipped with blackout curtains and a sound machine for optimum sleeping. Master bedroom has an extendable Smart TV to adjust to your viewing pleasure. Upstairs bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub and shower and has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap for your use. Parking
