The 72 m2 apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and is very charmingly and homely furnished. It is perfect for four people. There is also room for 2 children up in the loft.
The main bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed, wardrobe and AC.
The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed with
extra mattresses. There is also a TV with internet and Bluetooth via fiber box and the possibility to watch the Swedish TV range, in addition to the French and international with hundreds of channels. In the loft upstairs there are two single beds 90x200 cm. The bathroom, with shower, toilet and double sink, is located between the living room and the bedroom. There is also a separate toilet. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including dishwasher and washing machine, oven, micro-oven and Nespresso machine. There is also a spacious space with a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a desk with a chair.
From the bedroom, living room and kitchen you have direct access to the terrace. In the summer, it is still the 60 m2 large terrace that is the main thing. Here you spend time
most of the time. Relax in the deckchairs when you want some color and sit under the roof in the nice summer kitchen when you need shade. Grill, have a glass of wine, eat well and enjoy the view of the city with, among other things, the Russian cathedral, Hotel Regina and of course the surrounding mountains.
The walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach takes about 10-15 minutes and 20 minutes to go to Place Masséna and Vieux Nice. Several bus routes are in the neighborhood and you have a short walk, or bus ride, to the tram towards the airport. Grocery store and pharmacy are around the corner. It is also close to the train station to easily take the train to other resorts around the Riviera such as Monaco, Antibes, Cannes or the Italian Riviera. Just over an hour by car or bus to the mountains, where you hike at an altitude of 2,500 meters.
