The farmhouse has a 2,200 sq.m. fenced garden, featuring mostly natural lawn, where guests will also find the swimming pool which is 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.45 m and has a hydromassage area, a bathing area with sunbeds, a hot and cold-water shower, 3 gazebos, one of which has a cooking area, stonework barbecue, table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals whilst enjoying the view. There is also a covered loggia next to the entrance, and shaded parking within the property.Interior
The farmhouse has recently been restored, whilst maintaining traditional rural elements such as wood beams on the ceilings, cotto tiles and stone walls, typical of ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The furniture has also been carefully chosen and is well-kept.
The ground floor leads to the main hall, a living room with satellite TV, a fireplace, a dining area and a well-equipped cooking area with direct access to the garden. On this floor guests will also find a double bedroom with tv, a bathroom with shower and access to the outdoor loggia, one bedroom with two beds (TV) with bathroom with shower and outdoor access. There is also a washing room with outdoor access with a washing machine, dryer, a sink, iron and ironing board.
The first floor, with access only via an outdoor staircase, has 2 double bedrooms each with tv, a bathroom with shower and access to a covered balcony. The two bedrooms also have a wardrobe/small kitchen with a fridge, a sink and a cooking area. The whole house is air-conditioned. The house is currently still being furnished.
Location
The farmhouse has complete privacy and is immersed in the green hills of Tuscany and of the Val di Chiana area. There is a great view of the surrounding countryside and its thick woods that change colour in every season.
