Fabulous villa directly on the sea at two steps from the Argentario headland. The villa is divided in two totally independent parts, one can be rented for an unforgettable seaside vacation. The villa is personally managed with care and love by the owners and this is reflected in every object and decoration guests find in the villa. The house offers its guests also a large equipped and well furnished terrace with BBQ and is surrounded by a well-kept garden for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying the mediterranean vegetation and the fantastic view over the sea.
You can park your car directly on the property and once you have crossed the garden with its century old pine trees in front of the villa you enter in the living room. Large windows overlook the outdoor patio and the sea. The living area disposes of an open fireplace, dining table, a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen area.
A corridor leads to the night area where you find 2 double rooms, 1 room with two beds and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub and shower).
But the highlight of the villa is the outside area. The large patio/terrace faces the sea and the sunsets, is shaded in part and is equipped with a dining table, chairs, sun beds and a large barbecue. Ideal for an unforgettable outdoor vacation and enjoying the sunsets over the sea taking an aperitif. A few steps trough the garden in front of the sea and you are on the beach!
On the right and left side of the villa you find long public beaches, great equipped beaches with beach establishments, restaurants and bars and numerous sport activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, Not far away you find the possibility to play golf, to go biking, trekking or horse riding. Restaurants, Bars and some smaller shops are in easy walking distance. At any moment you can ask the owners of the villa for detailed information.
But you can also take advantage of the villa’s central position in the Maremma and Tuscany to do some of the numerous sight seeings and excursions the region offers: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more.
