After many nice experiences with the guests in our house "Villa Casa Helmi" in the hills of Tuscany, we have decided to rent our small terrace house by the sea, on the island of Giglio, at times.

A private, plant-lined access road will take you to the front door and immediately inside the modern, fully equipped kitchen area and left a bright, friendly dining and living room, through which you reach the spacious balcony overlooking the island and the sea to over Monte Argentario.
Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and toilet and next to a wooden staircase to a gallery with double bed.
Past the kitchen there is a small, comfortable room with double sofa bed.
From the terrace area in front of the kitchen two small stone steps lead to the upper terrace. A dream to dream and relax on two summer loungers with panoramic views of the hills of the island down to the sea and the coastal mountains far opposite. A small table invites upstairs for an espresso, a small meal or just a glass of wine.
