Walking distance to the beach, quaint downtown Carlsbad, and much much more. 10 minute drive from the Carlsbad Airport (CLD). This new residence highlights a full kitchen and laundry. The apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full sized sofa bed in the family room. The home features Streaming TV with DVD and WIFI.
Located in northern Carlsbad, we are 5 minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and less than an hour from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Hollywood, Universal Studios, and many other southern California attractions are well within close driving distance. Our home is very centrally located. Many features are well within walking distance or a short drive. The bus and train terminal is also within walking distance.
IMPORTANT: Due to potential allergies, we prefer no pets or smoking. Off street parking is offered (1 car only). Please note the apartment is located up (1) flight of stairs.
Cleaning: Due to the global pandemic, we have upgraded our normal cleaning routine to include stringent disinfectant of all touches surfaces as well as using a UV-C germ killing lamp on all rooms of the apartment. Please feel safe staying in our little piece of paradise. Thanks!
