Positive: When we arrived there was no one to book us in till 8pm. We just needed a place to camp for one night so where not too bothered but the place mostly geared to fishing with a large volume of mobile homes residents all seemed to know each other. Area is tranquil. Local village has market which was handy. Overall not a bad little place for one night stay.

Negative: waiting to book in extra charge for wifi
