There is two-car parking on the property. There is no overnight parking on the street. The additional parking is over by the mailbox.
All appliances, pool heaters, and ac units are within one-year-old. All mattress was upgraded recently as well as the living room and the family room floors.
We do have a grill on the premises. Please clean after use. Or there is a $50 charge.
Would you mind putting the garbage out on your last day? Garbage days are Wednesdays and Friday pick up; we ask that the trash be put out the night before. Thank you 😊
The bins are on the right side of the house. Please bring the garbage bins to the curb on both nights.
Heating the pool and the hot tub is available. The cost of heating the pool and hot tub per day is 30 dollars. We also have three folding chairs and a small cooler if you need to go to the beach or have a picnic.
All the bedrooms have a television. There are only three cable boxes. One box in the family room, one TV in the king bedroom, and one package in the queen room. All of the TVs are smart TVs and can be connected to your devices. E.g Netflix-fire stick- gaming
