Outside also private garden . The terrazza has a wood covered patio with all furnitures, new big sofa, table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue.
The house is indipendent and divided on tree floors: first: entrance, bathromm, small living room with cinema / tv sistem,sofa bed; second floor: kitchen , third floor: big bedroom and bathroom. Silent and super view all around. There is free WIFEE. Free parking is nearby in 2 minutes by foot. You can access the village on foot via a small road. Quiet area, convenient for relaxing. Wonderful view of the surrounding hills. Tourist locations such as Le 5 TERRE, Portovenere, Lerici can be reached in 35 minutes. Pisa, in 55 minutes, Florence in 1 hour and a half, Lucca in one hour.Pool: the pool is open from 1 April to 1 November . It is closed during the winter months.
Parking :The house is located in a typical medieval village situated on a hilltop. The village can be reached on foot from the nearby free main parking lot. The entrance to the village is via a short steep path that leads to the large medieval stone gate.
