A separate workspace with monitor and printer, in the office/gym that offers light weights and Peloton. Quiet family neighborhood in a gated community with a security system. Heated community pool and hot tub down the road plus large backyard with private pool (not heated). ~ 18 min from PHX, 22 min from Old Town, near 202, stores and restaurants. Convenient location in safe, quiet community

Summary: Best long term rental we have experienced! Pictures accurately represent the property. House was well stocked with everything we would need for our stay. Theresa was very responsive to our questions. Location is great! Very close to the 202 making it very convenient for getting anywhere in the Phoenix metro area.
