The farmhouse of about 600 square meters is divided into a main building, inhabited by the owners, who are available for any information and need and two independent apartments finely restored and furnished with care and quality materials. The two apartments are adjacent, but not communicating from the inside, perfect for spending a holiday with friends and family. to 2 people. It has been recently renovated according to the great Tuscan tradition with characteristic ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. It has a kitchen complete with dining area and the necessary equipment to be able to cook your favorite dishes to be enjoyed outdoors in the private outdoor area located in front of the apartment or under the common gazebo where you will also have a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The master bedroom is large and spacious and is furnished with local antiques and a handcrafted bed king size in wrought iron. The furnishings are completed by two comfortable armchairs and the possibility of going out directly onto the garden thanks to a comfortable French door. The bathroom with shower completes the apartment. The shared swimming pool is located a few meters from the apartment. Complete with free WI FI and satellite TV. The entire property is fenced and has private parking and an automatic gate to ensure safety and privacy for guests. The garden is large and well-kept and is full of flowers and plants.
