The barn is a fine example of the typical architecture of the Lot region : old tiled roofs and warm 'Quercy' stone walls.
On the first floor street level : large, open living space with lots of light: large sitting area, multiple tables; fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric stove, two refrigerators, dishwasher, lots of kitchenware and tableware). All the comforts of home. Free internet.
On the ground floor (garden level) : three bedrooms (2 x double bed with washbasin, 1 x double bed with bunk beds and wash basin), under the stairs additional bunkbeds.

Summary: Just back from a great vacation in Rueyres. Beautiful traditional house and everything very well organized by the owners. We've enjoyed the bbq's in the evening, the refreshing swimming pool, the resto tip (22 Euro for a 5 course menu wines included !) and "Gust", at least that’s how our kids called the donkey next door :-). For sure one of the places we will return to in the future.
