Location: The beautiful stone house of about 140 square meters is surrounded by an olive groves of about 2000 m² in the countryside in a quiet location. On a sunny hill of Nocchi and very close to the Versilia coast and the center of Camaiore.
The property has a large and charming fenced garden (about 500 sqm), with an automatic gate (with remote control). The garden is decorated with flowers and Mediterranean plants and has a beautiful private pool (length 6 m wide, 4 - depth 1.30 m) from May to October. At the pool are for our guests 3 sun loungers and chairs for pleasant restful hours. Parking for two cars, covered porch with barbecue. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet on the terrace by the pool. The outdoor area overlooking the pool offers a beautiful terrace with tent covered by about 20 square meters.
The terrace is equipped with wood stove, table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooking the green hills.
Facilities: Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there is a large living room with an old fireplace (decorative only) and beautiful furniture, table, chairs, bookcase, sofa, satellite TV (flat screen with foreign channels) . WiFi available (not in all rooms)
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator (with small deep compartment), table and chairs, sink, dishwasher, all-purpose kitchen utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, mocha machine. The staircase (11 steps) leads to the first floor with a large double bedroom and separate dressing room, beautiful bathroom in shades of blue with a striking rock face and bathtub. On the second floor (17 steps) is another double bedroom with large closet, dresser and double bed, a bedroom with two single beds with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Air conditioning (attached in the hallways of the villa). Parking for two cars in the garden. Non smoking cottage inside and outside.
The parents are liable for the young children staying in the holiday home.
To be paid on spot: Deposit € 500. Final cleaning € 180.
The rental price includes: Bed linen and towels available, but change is on request and costs € 10 per person. Air conditioning on request € 10 per day. Heating according to consumption.
