The 'L'Uccelliera' is a stunning 4-room house that spans 110 m2 and is set across 2 levels. The house boasts tasteful and rustic furnishings throughout.
The ground floor comprises of a living/dining room, complete with a dining table and satellite TV. There is also a spacious room with a double bed (160 cm) and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also an open-hearth fireplace in the kitchen, which is for decoration purposes only. From the kitchen, there is a direct exit to the garden. Moreover, there is a shower/WC on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, there are two additional rooms, both of which have a double bed (160 cm) each. There is also a shower/WC on this level. The house is equipped with gas heating, deck chairs (2), and a box-room.
The house offers a magnificent distant view of the valley and the ocean. It is important to note that 'L'Uccelliera' is a non-smoking property.
