The house is located in a village in the countryside in Valle di Compito at the foot of hills with woods near Lucca. View of the woods and the countryside of the valley. A secondary road with only moderate traffic runs nearby. The property has a fenced area, a parking lot for cars and an automatic entrance gate. Behind the house there is an outdoor area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for outdoor dining; next door, separated by a small private road, a fenced equipped garden (300m2- table, chairs, sun lounger, deckchairs) with trees and lighted pool (8.5x3.5). Outside there is a small outbuilding, a second kitchen, where there is also a pizza oven and the washing machine. Possibility of visiting an archaeological site with ancient Romanesque farmhouses nearby and also parachuting and fishing in the area. Crib and high chair included in the rental price. Distances: Lucca 7km, Pisa 32km, Florence 65km, restaurant 0.2km, stores of all kinds and tennis 2km, riding school 5km, beaches 37km.
