Close to shops (walking distance) and local transport by bus to train station (10 mins). There are large fully enclosed gardens of nearly 2000m2 that back onto the National Forest. The property is accessed via electric gates and there is parking for several cars. There is a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, comfortably and tastefully furnished. From here there are 5 sets of French doors allowing lots of light and opening onto the rear terrace which in turn leads to the gardens and a 11 x 4 metre fully fenced pool. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with direct access to the rear terrace. There are two sitting areas within the house with UK TV. This is a comfortable and safe family home with all the conveniences of public transport and local amenities at hand.
